U11+ Program

U11+ Community Basketball

Community basketball provides a positive and inclusive environment for players to learn, develop their skills, and enjoy the game.

Everyone makes a team, and players of all skill levels are welcome — including beginners.

All community basketball zones and teams operate under a fair playing time rule, with the exception of the U18 Platinum division.

U11, U13 & U15

SoCal offers teams for a wide range of skill levels, from beginners to experienced players.

  • SoCal typically has approximately 5 girls' teams and 10 boys' teams at each age level.

  • Registration typically opens in mid-June and closes in mid-August, subject to capacity.

  • Evaluations are held in early September.

  • Players are placed on teams based on their evaluation results.

  • Practice days, times, and locations are selected by the head coach after team placement and remain consistent throughout the season. Practice details are not available during registration or before teams are formed.

  • Practices typically begin in mid-to-late September, with league games beginning in October.

  • There are no practices or games during school winter breaks.
